It was recently announced the Spice Girls are reuniting and going on tour. This is normally where I reply with something sarcastic, but in this case...I'm truly speechless. This Sprint fiasco just won't end. I canceled my service with them almost two months ago. I sent them my phone back. Yet they're still stressing me like a mofo. The Girlfriend doesn't like me when I talk about Sprint. She's says I have a potty mouth and become real nasty. A company like Sprint does that to a man. I hate them. I hate them more than I think I've ever hated anyone. Sprint charged me $100 when I bought my phone from them. I have long since returned that phone but have yet to get my $100 back. I called them last week and they said a credit would be issued in two or three days. So far, no credit. No leaving anything to chance, I called them up today. I don't know where Sprint finds its employees. It's like they gotta fail a stupid test or something to get hired. I shouldn't be shocked by the incompetence, but I am--they're total idiots. I gave the representative my phone number but she couldn't find my account. I had to give her the number like three or four times because she's stupid. She insisted that my cell phone number wasn't in their system and I never had an account with Sprint. "What number are you looking up," I asked her. She read the numbers back to me: "Five five five, six four two seven three." "That's eight numbers genius--a phone number has only seven," I replied. What kinda nincompoop works for a telephone company and doesn't know a phone number only has seven characters (ten including area code)? You're average 11-year old girl would know that. And how in the world was she even able to search for that? You'd think the system would limit the number of characters (although I could understand the programmer's mindset: what kind of idiot doesn't know how many digits are in a phone number). She--of course--proved to be totally useless. I asked to talk to her supervisor but there wasn't one around (doesn't anybody at Sprint have supervisors?). She transferred me to another department...and I got a voice recording informing me that it'd be a 15-20 wait before someone came to help me. Switching to Sprint has proved to be one of the worst experiences in my life and could be the biggest mistake I will have ever made--and I really, really wanna be done with it. Flipping Sprint flipping sucks. © 2007 siknerd.com
