    ABC sucks monkey ass (even more post 9/11 reflections)
    not gonna ruin this iRANT with jokes Wed, 09/13/06

    I was watching some 9/11 program yesterday on ABC. This film angered me (I later learned it was called "the Path to 9/11"). Anyone associated with the production and decision to air this movie needs to be shot. It was Hollywood-ized. There were the heroes, two figures who warned attacks were coming only to be ignored by government bureaucrat types. There was the dialogue that clearly had a more powerful meaning to those who know what the outcome was going to be. Finally, there was the airline personal that checked in terrorist on planes. The computers flagged three eventual terrorists and the clerks ignored their warnings--a classic Hollywood ploy. I'm fairly certain this was just one of several liberties taken by filmmakers. If this was true, we would heard about this a long time ago. It just disgusts me how the media tries to capitalize on this tragedy. You wanna see a tactfully done 9/11 movie see "United 93." And if that movie doesn't move you, you're not human.
